ITV PLC announces that it has today purchased for cancellation through UBS
Limited 3,000,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 97.28 pence per share.
The highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares were 97.75 pence
and 96.75 pence respectively

Upon the cancellation of these shares, the number of shares in issue
will be 3,928,679,751
