On 14 December 2006 ITV plc was notified in accordance with Section 202(4) of
the Companies Act 1985 that Sky Broadband Services Limited, a wholly owned
subsidiary of British Sky Broadcasting Group plc and the registered holder of
696,046,825 ordinary shares in ITV plc, changed its company name to Sky Holdings
Limited on 11 December 2006.  Its notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of
ITV plc remains unchanged.
