ITV Network Limited sells shareholding in JFMG Limited

ITV plc has today announced the sale, by ITV Network Limited*, of its 70% shareholding in JFMG to Arqiva Limited as part of Arqiva's acquisition of JFMG's entire issued share capital.  ITV plc will receive £1m in cash as consideration on completion of the sale of JFMG. 

JFMG is a spectrum management company, providing access to radio spectrum that is used to provide essential mobility in broadcast production, entertainment and related activities. 

The sale represents a further example of ITV's programme of non core asset disposals.

* ITV plc owns 90.1 % of ITV Network Limited, a company limited by guarantee.
