Granada Media plc Commitment Scheme (the 'Scheme)

In accordance with the rules of the Scheme certain of the nil cost and market
price options outstanding under the Scheme vested on 9 July 2004 following the
achievement of specified performance conditions against a comparator group.

On 12 November 2004 the following directors exercised nil cost options and the
trustee sold sufficient shares at 113p per share to satisfy income tax and
national insurance liabilities. The balance of the shares were retained by the
participants as follows:
