Dealing by a Person Discharging Management Responsibilities ('PDMR')

On 21 July 2006 Ian McCulloch, a PDMR, exercised a matured option under the
Granada Savings Related Share Option over 14,452 ITV ordinary shares for which
he paid an exercise price of 65.38p per share.   All shares were retained by Mr
McCulloch.
