Dividend Reinvestment Plan

On 8 January 2007, following payment of the ITV dividend, Capita Registrars
purchased 56 ITV plc ordinary 10p shares on behalf of Sir George Russell, a
participant in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 106.75p.


Sir George Russell is now interested in 4,266 ITV plc ordinary 10p shares.
