                          Completion of Rights Issue

The Company announced on 23 March 2000 that acceptances under the Rights Issue
had  been received in respect of 4,949,245 shares representing 93.38 per cent.
of  the total number of Rights Shares.  Those Rights Shares not taken up  were
sold  in  the market (fully paid) on 23 March 2000 at 174 pence per  share  by
Peel Hunt plc, the Company's stockbroker.  Accordingly, the Company has raised
£5.3 million (before expenses).
