              Tarpan plc (to be renamed I2S plc) (the 'Company')
                                       
                  Result of the Extraordinary General Meeting

At  the  extraordinary general meeting of the Company held earlier today,  the
resolutions  regarding  the Rights Issue announced on  3  February  2000  were
passed.

Application has been made for the Rights Shares to be admitted to  trading  on
AIM and admission of the Rights Shares (nil paid) is expected to take place on
Tuesday 29 February 2000.

The Company's name will be changed to I2S plc with effect from today.
