                           Purchase of own securities

On 1 November  2002, I2S plc bought for cancellation 10,000 ordinary shares of
25p each (representing 0.14 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company) at a price of 39p per share.


Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 7,350,000 shares in
issue.
