ITM Power (AIM: ITM) announces it received notification on 9 March 2012 that Mr John Wreford reduced his holding in the Company from 5.8% to 4.9% following the sale of 1,000,000 shares.  Mr John Wreford now has an interest in 5,431,363 ordinary shares in the Company.
