notifiable interest also comprise the notifiable interest of Mr. Edward C.
Johnson 3d, a principal shareholder of FMR Corp. and Fidelity International
Limited, informing it that as of the 21 April 2006 they have an non-beneficial
holding of 6,026,264 shares representing 6.55% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company
