ITM Power, the energy storage and clean fuel company, announces that on 28 October 2010, Prof. Roger Putnam, Non-Executive Chairman of ITM Power, acquired 11,000 Ordinary Shares in ITM Power at a price of 44p per share. Following this purchase, Prof. Putnam has an interest in 27,129 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
