                               Additional Listing

ITM Power plc announces that 474,250 new ordinary shares of 5p each (the 'New
Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted following an exercise of
options.


Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari
passu with existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM, and
admission is expected to take place at 8 a.m. on 14 July 2004.
