ITIS Holdings PLC 26 June 2006 FORD MOTOR COMPANY RENEWS THREE YEAR CONTRACT FOR RDS-TMC TRAFFIC SERVICE ITIS Holdings plc ('ITIS') has renewed its contract with Britain's best selling car brand Ford Motor Company for a further three years to supply its RDS-TMC (Radio Data System - Traffic Message Channel) service. All models including Ford's brand new sporty S-MAX and the spacious new Ford Galaxy will benefit from this service. The service will be standard on all satellite navigation systems and will allow drivers to receive real-time traffic information from ITIS, enabling them to re-route around the worst traffic congestion. This contract is part of a larger framework agreement to provide this service across other Premier Automotive Group brands including Land Rover, Aston Martin, Volvo and Jaguar.
