CONTRACT WITH MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION APPROVED BY MISSOURI
HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMISSION


ITIS Holdings plc ('ITIS' or the 'Company') announces today that it has received
notification  from its US partner, Delcan NET, that an agreed form contract has
been approved by the Missouri Highways and Transportation commission.  This is
to supply ITIS' Cellular Floating Vehicle Data to the Missouri Department of
Transportation on 5,400 miles of roadways.

The contract, covering a two year period, renewable annually thereafter is for a
total of US$6.2 million (£3.6 million) and will be shared between ITIS and
Delcan NET.  ITIS does not expect to recognise any revenues from the contract in
the current financial year (ending 31 March 2006).
