Holdings in Company

The Company was notified on 20 June 2005 by Universities Superannuation Scheme
Limited ('USS'), that following the sale of 250,000 ordinary shares of 2p each
in the Company, USS now holds 3,870,000 such ordinary shares, representing
approximately 3.94 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The shares are held in the UK Smaller Companies fund and are registered in the
name of Chase Nominees Ltd (USS).
