Holding in Company

On 16th June 2005, the Company was informed by Peder Smedvig Capital AS 
('Smedvig') that, following the purchase of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 2p 
each in the Company ('Shares'), Smedvig had an interest in 13,620,212 Shares 
representing approximately 13.87 per cent of the Shares in issue.

Smedvig is represented on the board of the Company by John Hewett, a
non-executive director.
