Holdings in Company

The Company was notified on 10 February 2006 by Universities Superannuation
Scheme Limited ('USS'), that following the purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares
of 2p each in the Company, USS now holds 3,970,000 such ordinary shares,
representing approximately 4.03 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.

The shares are held in the UK Smaller Companies fund and are registered in the
name of Chase Nominees Ltd (USS).
