                           Exercise of share options


The Company announces that, on 28 September 2007, Andrew Forrest, Finance 
Director, exercised the following options:


                 Number of options   Exercise price

                   400,000              7.5p


Following the exercise, Andrew Forrest now has 426,126 ordinary 2p shares in the 
Company.

He also retains 100,000 options in the Company with an exercise price of 24.7p
over the Company's ordinary 2p shares,  which are exercisable at any time
between now and 21 June 2014.
