ITIS Holdings plc (the 'Company')

Additional Listing

The Company announces that 227,500 new ordinary shares of 2p each in the 
Company (the 'New Shares') have been issued and allotted following the exercise
of options.

Application will be made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on the
AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

Following the admission to trading of the New Shares, the Company will have
98,442,884 ordinary shares of 2p each in issue.
