InterX PLC 9 November 2000 9 NOVEMBER 2000 INTERX PLC New Customer Wins Technology and Marketing Agreement Launch of InterX BladeRunner Version 5.0 The board of InterX ('InterX' or the 'Company') announces that it has won three new customers; that it has entered into a technology and marketing agreement with SAS Institute UK; and the launch today of InterX BladeRunner Version 5.0. New Customer Accounts In the first quarter of the current financial year, which ended on 5 November 2000, InterX won three new accounts, in accordance with its stated milestones. The Company anticipates announcing them at the time of its first quarter results at the end of November. Technology and Marketing Agreement InterX has entered into a technology and marketing agreement with SAS Institute UK, the market leader in e-intelligence software and services. The agreement will allow InterX and SAS to offer any e-business the ability to improve substantially the effectiveness of its websites through improved electronic customer relationship management (eCRM). SAS is the world's largest private software company. Its software is used by more than 33,000 business, government and university sites in 110 countries. Its revenues in 1999 exceeded $1 billion. Launch of InterX BladeRunner version 5.0 The Company today launches InterX BladeRunner Version 5.0, its multi-channel, multi-device Internet application platform (IAP). InterX BladeRunner Version 5.0 is a next generation eCRM and content management platform which enables the content management and dynamic delivery of personalised content and transactions online. It is the first IAP to adopt a modelling approach to the implementation of online applications. This enables even greater speed to market, speed to device, and long term return on investment.
