Mercury Recycling Group announces that Mr Simon Lebor, Chief Executive, has
exercised options over 166,666 ordinary shares at 10p per share, pursuant to the
Company's Enterprise Management Incentive scheme. Mr Lebor is now interested is
4,465,233 ordinary shares, representing approximately 13.24 per cent. of the
enlarged issued share capital of the Company. Application has been made for the
166,666 ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that admission
will take place on 25 September 2006.
