on the market as follows;

Date of Transaction : 8 March 2004

Number of Shares : 542,500 (five hundred and forty-two thousand, five hundred)
ICG Units representing 2.26% of the previously issued shares

Price : The price paid was €11.75 per unit

These shares will be cancelled
