Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Irish Continental Group plc announces the publication of a circular in respect of an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") at which a sub-division of ICG Units is proposed. The EGM will be held at 11.30am on Thursday, 22 May 2014 at the Gibson Hotel, The Point Village, East Wall Road, Dublin 1.
