Notification of Substantial Shareholding
Pursuant to the obligation placed on us by the Listing Rules of the
Irish Stock Exchange, The Listing Rules of the UK Financial Services
Authority  and the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations
2007, we advise that on 7 November 2007  the Company received
notification that following the acquisition of 772,414 ICG Units on 6
November 2007, South Morston Investment Company Limited (a company
which is ultimately controlled by Mr. Liam Carroll and Mrs Roisin
Carroll) is interested in 7,174,827 ICG Units, representing 29.43% of
the Company's issued share capital.
