Notification of Substantial Shareholding
Pursuant to the obligation placed on us by LR6.6.7 of the Listing
Rules, we advise that on 17th April 2007  the Company received
notification from Doyle Group Limited that ;
(1) Pursuant to Section 67 of the Companies Act, 1990, following the
acquisition of 306,667 and 43,996 ICG Units on 12th and 13th April
respectively, Doyle Group Limited is interested in 2,177,217 ICG
Units representing 9.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
(2) For the purposes of Section 73 and 74 of the Companies Act , 1990
Doyle Group Limited is deemed to be interested in ICG Units held by
the One Fifty One Capital Limited , 151 Thomas Street, Dublin 8 and
Cantor Fitzgerald Europe, 17 Crosswall, London EC3N 2LB, United
Kingdom. The aggregate holding of Doyle Group Limited, One Fifty One
Capital Limited and Cantor Fitzgerald Europe is 5,015,330 ICG Units.
