that as of 10 August 2007 South Morston Investment Company Limited (a company
which is ultimately owned and controlled by Mr Liam Carroll and Mrs Roisin
Carroll) is interested in 3,245,111 ICG Units representing 13.71% of ICG's
issued share capital.



Please note that the above holding does not include any Contracts for Difference
entered into by South Morston Investment Company Limited with respect to
1,067,276 ICG Units as of 10 August 2007 representing 4.50% of ICG's issued
share capital..
