IQGeo Group plc (AIM: IQG), announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 along with its Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders today and will be made available to view on the Company's website, www.iqgeo.com. Copies will also be available at the Company's registered office, Nine Hills Road, Cambridge, United Kingdom, CB2 1GE. The Annual General Meeting is due to be held at 11:00a.m. on 15 May 2024 at the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP, The Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London EC4N 8AF.
