Appointment of New Chairman

Ubisense ("Ubisense" or the "Company") (LON:UBI), a market leader in enterprise location intelligence solutions, is pleased to announce that Peter Harverson, appointed Deputy Chairman of the Company in May of this year, has been appointed Chairman, effective from 1 Jan 2016. He will succeed Andy Hopper CBE, who gave notice on 9 October 2015 that he intends to stand down as Chairman and Director of the Company on 31 December 2015.

Peter is an experienced IT industry executive. His current roles include Senior Non- Executive Director, Brady plc; Non- Executive Director, CRFS Ltd and Non- Executive Chairman, eoSemi Ltd and enModus Ltd. Previously he has held senior positions within the software sector, including Regional Director, Intel Corporation; Vice President, Europe Cadence Design Systems and Director, Sun Microsystems EMEA.
