Notice of AGM

IQE plc (AIM:  IQE, "IQE" or the "Group"), the leading supplier of compound semiconductor wafer products and advanced material solutions to the global semiconductor industry, will host its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") today at 9:00am at White & Case LLP, 5 Old Broad St, London EC2N 1DW.
