The Company was informed on 17 May 2006 by Gartmore Investment Management plc
('Gartmore') that, pursuant to a sale of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each
in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 16 May 2006, Gartmore Investment Limited,
Gartmore Fund Managers Limited and Gartmore Global Partners no longer have a
notifiable interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares. Gartmore's discretionary
holding is now 9.57 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
