Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange for 41,987 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading
on AIM. These Ordinary Shares are being issued to satisfy payment of a
non-executive director's fees for the first quarter of 2005. The non-executive
director does not have an interest in the shares being issued.

Admission of these Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 22 April
2005.
