                               Additional Listing


Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') to be admitted to the Official List. The Ordinary Shares are being
issued to the vendors of Wafer Technology Group pursuant to its acquisition by
the Company in November 2000 ('the Acquisition'). The Ordinary Shares represent
the final tranche of consideration payable by the Company for the Acquisition.
Admission is expected to become effective on 20 March 2002.
