                               Additional Listing

Application has been made for 63,395 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary
Shares') (fully paid ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares) to
trading on AIM. These Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise
of 63,395 options over Ordinary Shares.

It is expected that admission to trading on AIM will become effective and that
dealings will commence in the 63,395 Ordinary Shares on 6 February 2006
('Admission'). Following Admission the issued share capital of the Company will
be 45,810,782.
