Pre-close Trading Statement and Notice of Results

iomart Group plc (AIM:IOM), the managed hosting and cloud computing services company, is pleased to provide its pre-close trading statement ahead of the announcement of full year results.

Group Trading Performance

The Group has enjoyed a successful year and has traded ahead of expectations. Consequently, the Group expects to report an EBITDA profit for the year, before share based payments, in the region of £3.0m. iomart thereby expects to record EBITDA profits in the second half of the year, before share based payments, in the region of £2.2m. During the second half of the year the Group has continued to build on the success reported in the Half Yearly results for the period ended 30 September 2009.

Segmental Operations

Both of the Group's operating segments have performed well over the year.

The Hosting segment, which now comprises the activities of iomart Hosting, Rapidswitch and Netintelligence, continued the momentum which was reported in the Half Yearly results in November. As has already been announced during the period, iomart Hosting has continued to win a substantial number of contracts over the year delivering Cloud managed services. Rapidswitch has continued to win new dedicated server sales and Netintelligence is part of the solution for the government's Universal Home Access programme, delivering fully enabled Laptop computers to underprivileged school children in England and Wales.

The Easyspace segment has delivered another year of solid profit and cash generation.

Notice of Results

The Group expects to report its full year results for the year ended 31 March 2010 on Wednesday, 2 June 2010.
