Holding in Company (the 'Company')


The Company received notification today that as of 22 September 2006, The
Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., ('GS Inc') has an interest in a total of 5,587,826
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.18 per cent. The interest in
these shares arose from a beneficial interest held by Goldman Sachs
International, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of GS Inc. These shares are,
or will be, registered at CREST in account CREPTEMP.
