iomart Group plc (the 'Company' or 'iomart') was informed on 19 May 2006, that
following the purchase of 21,192 ordinary shares at 1p each ('Ordinary Shares'),
representing 0.027 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company, at a price of 75.5p each, Mark Hallam now holds a total of 1,261,972
shares, representing 1.63 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company
