                         DIRECTOR'S SHARE DEALINGS

iomart Group plc (the 'Company' or 'iomart') was informed on 12 January 2006
that following the exercise of options over 65,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an exercise price of 6.25p each, Sarah Haran
sold a total of 65,000 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.08 per cent. of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company) at a price of 94p per share.

Following this sale, Sarah Haran has an interest in 246,955 Ordinary Shares
(representing 0.32 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company) and an interest in options over 1,764,240 Ordinary Shares (representing
2.29 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company).
