                       New block listing and equity issue

iomart Group plc ('iomart') announces that it has issued 545,761 new ordinary 1p
shares under iomart's SAYE Option Scheme for which no block listing arrangements
are in place. Application has been made under a new block listing for these
shares to be admitted to AIM.

The interests of iomart Directors in these options are set out below:
