                                 AGM Statement


The short period since the publication of our last year's accounts has continued
to show progress.

The NetIntelligence sales pipeline is growing in quantity and quality, with 18
customers including pilot projects now in place.  Whilst the sales cycle remains
long we are confident that with our ongoing development plan there are
significant market opportunities for this product set.

Our web hosting services business which we reported in May had annualised sales
of £400k is now running at a rate of over £700k per annum with breakeven
anticipated before the end of the year.  There are plans to expand this business
in line with continuing sales growth.
