Update - AGM Arrangements

Further to the 20 July announcement, Invinity Energy Systems plc (AIM:IES), manufacturer of vanadium flow batteries for the large-scale energy storage requirements of businesses, industry and electricity networks, provides an update on arrangements in place for the Invinity Energy Systems AGM which will take place on 5 August 2020 at 4pm (UK Time).

As previously communicated, Invinity has taken the decision to restrict physical attendance to its AGM in the interests of ensuring the health and safety of its shareholders, staff and directors. Consequently, as shareholders will be unable to vote in person at the meeting, they are strongly encouraged to use their proxy vote and reminded that completed proxy forms may also be scanned and submitted via email to #UKCSBRS.ExternalProxyQueries@computershare.co.uk . The deadline for submission of proxy votes is 4pm on 3 August 2020.

Invinity has made arrangements for shareholders to join the AGM electronically. Virtual attendees will be able to observe the formal business of the meeting, after which there will be a presentation by management and an interactive Q&A session.

Shareholders wishing to virtually join the AGM, are kindly requested to register via the registration portal. Note the registration deadline is 9am (UK Time) on 5 August 2020.

Please contact Joe Worthington via ir@invinity.com if you require any assistance with the proxy voting process or registration to join the AGM.
