redT energy plc (AIM:RED), the energy storage technology company, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") relating to the Company's financial year ended 31 December 2016, will be held at 11 a.m. on 13^th July 2017 in the Meridian Room, Ground Floor, Clerkenwell Workshops, 31 Clerkenwell Close, London EC1R 0AT.
