On 5 March the Company was notified of the following details relating to a major
interest in its shares.


Prior to the implementation of the Transparency Directive the aggregated
interests in shares of FMR Corp ('FMR') and Fidelity International Limited
('FIL') were disclosed. In accordance with the new Disclosure and Transparency
Rules the direct and indirect holdings of FMR and FIL are disclosed separately.
A separate notification has been submitted for FIL. The following holdings are
correct as of close of business on 1 March 2007.
