The Company received notification on 5 July 2007 from Tudor Capital (U.K.) L.P.
that:


(a) following a position transfer in connection with the consolidation of
investment activities of entities affiliated with the Tudor Group and the
formation of The Tudor BVI Global Portfolio L.P., The Tudor BVI Global Portfolio
L.P. is interested in 20,031,666 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company,
representing approximately 13.26 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital; and


(b) the overall Tudor Group share position in relation to the Company remains
unchanged since the last disclosure in respect thereof.
