Investec results presentation for the six months ended 30 September 2004

Investec will be releasing its results for the six months ended 30 September 
2004 on the LSE and JSE news services at 7am (UK time) / 9am (SA time) on 
25 November 2004. An analyst presentation will take place at 9am (UK time)/ 
11 am (SA time) from our offices in London (2 Gresham Steet, EC2V 7HQ), 
and via satellite to our offices in Johannesburg (100 Grayston Drive, Sandown) 
and Cape Town (36 Hans Strijdom Avenue, Foreshore). Conference call facilities
