INVESTEC LIMITED: NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS IN ORDINARY SHARES OF ZAR0.0002 EACH ("ORDINARY SHARES"):

ACQUISITION OF ORDINARY SHARES BY CLIENTS OF OLD MUTUAL PLC ("OLD MUTUAL")

Investec Limited received formal notification on 03 December, 2013 that clients of Old Mutual have, in aggregate, acquired an interest in the Ordinary Shares such that the total interest in the Ordinary Shares held by Old Mutual's clients now amounts to 6.58% of the total issued Ordinary Shares of Investec Limited.
