Previously the South African High Commissioner to London (1998 - 2001), Cheryl was the CEO of SA Tourism for the period 2001 - 2004. The Company confirms that there are no items to disclose pursuant to Rule 16.4 of the Listing Rules. In addition, there are no other details that are required to be disclosed under paragraph 6.F.2 (b) to (g) of the Listing Rules in connection with the appointment of Ms Carolus.
