Addendum to Chairman's Statement released at 7.00am 22 March 2001
Please note that the proposed final dividend of 7.7 pence per share announced
in the Chairman's Statement which was released earlier today will be paid on
10th May 2001 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 17th
April 2001. The ex-dividend date is 11th April 2001.
