Intertek Group plc - Final Dividend for Year Ended 31 December 2005

Following the announcement of final results made earlier today, Intertek Group 
plc confirms that the final dividend of 8.1p per share will be paid on 16 June
2006, to shareholders on the register on 2 June 2006.
