Purchase of shares by a Non-Executive Director of Intertek Group plc

In accordance with RIS notification required by DTR3.1.4R(1), Intertek Group plc ('the  Company') wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of Mark Williams.

On 10 March 2014, Mr Williams purchased 2,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("shares") at a price of 3043.073p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Williams holds 2000 shares, 0.00124 percent of the issued share capital.
